The credit union needs a few members to help us evaluate our member service.

We utilize the services of Shoppers, Inc. to “shop” our services to members in all areas. They send in “mystery shoppers” to make inquiries and do normal transactions, in order to evaluate our employees’ skills. This helps us ensure that members are getting the best possible service at all times. After the visit or call, the “mystery shopper” completes a questionnaire reviewing the contact.
