Scholarships Now Available for Local High School Graduates!
Coast Central believes in strengthening the communities we serve, and that starts with supporting our local youth.
Each year, we award up to 13 scholarships, for a total of up to $4,000 each, to graduating local seniors who will be attending Humboldt State, College of the Redwoods, Shasta Community College, or Chico State University.
Credit union members and non-members are eligible, and applications will be accepted until March 16, 2012.

Nationwide Debit and Credit Card Compromise (December 2011)
Some of our members, along with debit and credit card holders at financial institutions nationwide, have been experiencing fraudulent transaction activity this week.
Coast Central representatives have been calling members to alert them to suspicious activity and blocking cards to prevent any further fraud. If you've been affected by this recent compromise and your card
needs to be blocked for your protection, Coast Central will order you a new card and have it mailed to you as soon as possible. Cards should arrive within 7 business days.
Please note that Coast Central's system has not been compromised. The source of the fraudulent activity has not yet been determined, but financial institutions across the country have been affected.
We will provide further updates if we receive any, and thank all affected members for their patience!
