Help For Quicken Users
If you previously used Quicken with Coast Central Online and need to re-connect to the new system (without duplicating your transactions), the documents on this page may be able to help you.
Select the way you're used to connecting below to get started - you'll be able to choose from conversion documents for either Windows or Mac.
I usually connect through my Quicken program.
First, make sure to use your new Login ID (which may still be your member number) and password - not your previous PIN. If you see more than one option for Coast
Central in your financial institution list, select
Coast Central CU.

I usually download my transactions through online banking.
First, please note that the link to download your transactions is now above each account's recent history (just double-click any account in your Account Overview to open).
Just click the button that says "Display" and change to "Export to File" mode. This will enable you to select your program type - then click "Submit" to download the file.
