Important Information About Your Debit & Credit Cards
If you have a Coast Central Visa Debit or Credit Card, you recently received a replacement card in the mail. Your new debit card is more secure, as it is enabled with an EMV chip and your new credit card comes with an enhanced rewards program. You’ll need to activate your cards, select a PIN and start using them right away in order to enjoy these benefits.
As we transfer to the new cards, we will begin deactivating old debit and credit cards on September 20th, with all cards being deactivated by September 28th. This means that your old cards will no longer work for purchases, recurring/automatic payments, bills that you have linked to your card numbers.
If you have already activated your new cards, thank you! No further action is needed.
If you have not activated your new cards, please do so and start using them right away to ensure a smooth transition. You’ll also want to update any recurring/automatic payments or bills linked to your card as well as any digital wallets: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay or Microsoft Pay.
