This new Coast Central online banking app is very difficult to use and one dimensional in how it looks. It takes many different clicks to find options in the menu. All of my payee information and ebill info has been lost, causing a lot of problems. When I called Coast Central for customer service, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes to get help. Not the bank it used to be. I am going to look for something better after being a customer for 36 years!!

I do like the new app so far, the only thing that is a little annoying is it displays the available balance in smaller text below the other balance. I think having those switched would make it more convenient, or only showing the available balance on the home page. Just so the user doesn't think they have more available than they really do.

Hi and thanks much for trying out our new app and providing valued feedback! We agree and have made that request to our vendor. We'll follow up to get a status on the ability to get that changed.

I have been unable to merely install the app on my phone. From the onset the app requested I uninstall five apps just to make room for it. After doing so I am still unable to get the app to install on my phone. This experience reminds me of an old military saying: "If it ain't broke, don't try and fix it!" There was almost nothing wrong with the online banking before, other than issues with the app not remembering my password from time-to-time, which was annoying. I'm leaving one star for now.
