We have a regular, full-time opportunity for a Member Services Specialist who enjoys assisting others as part of our teams. As this is a relief position requiring flexibility and independence, may be assigned to various departments and at outlying locations and must be able to work weekends/evenings. Duties may include member services, new accounts, and member support center functions.
Qualified candidates will have will have the ability to reconcile and balance financial instruments, and a background in cash handling, familiarity with computers and public contact. Previous financial institution service including new accounts, security practices, closing procedures, and proofing preferred but not required.
Salary ranges from $18.00 – $30.80/hour, and, depending on experience, may be hired as an MSS II with a higher salary range.

We have an opening for a full-time Manager, Business Services Underwriter in our Eureka Downtown office. This position oversees commercial loan underwriting operations by managing credit analysis, evaluating loan risk, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. Leads and develops the underwriting team, collaborates with internal partners to improve workflows, and implements process and technology enhancements to support efficient, high-quality lending decisions.
Qualified candidates will have a strong background in commercial lending, underwriting policies, and risk management, as well as leadership skills to mentor and develop a high-performing team. They should have 5 years or more of experience in commercial lending underwriting, with previous leadership experience preferred. Candidates should also have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Manager, Business Services Underwriter – Full Job Description
Our Business Services Department has a position opening as a regular, full-time Business Relationship Specialist. Working from our Eureka Downtown branch, under routine supervision and within established policies and procedures, the Business Relationship Specialist I supports the growth and servicing of the credit union’s small business relationships by assisting with transactional lending support, deposit services, and business account onboarding. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and member service delivery for small business members, working closely with branch teams and the Member Business Services department. The position is intended as an entry‑to‑intermediate role for individuals developing foundational knowledge of small business banking, lending processes, and treasury services.
General office computer systems experience required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a financial services, business lending support, or new account role with business member experience preferred.
Salary range is $31.20 – $54.61/hour and depending on experience, could be filled at a Business Relationship Specialist II, or Senior Business Relationship Specialist with a higher salary range. We have an exciting, new position opening as a Business Portfolio Officer in our Eureka Downtown office. Under limited supervision and within established lending guidelines, the Business Portfolio Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring an assigned portfolio of commercial loans to ensure credit quality. This role works closely with Relationship Officers to support client relationships, perform credit analysis, and ensure ongoing risk management of business and commercial lending relationships. This role is responsible for financial monitoring, covenant compliance, credit renewals, reviews, and proactive risk identification, remaining in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal lending policies.
Qualified candidates will have strong financial analysis, credit risk assessment skills, and knowledge of commercial loan documentation and credit policy. This position requires high attention to detail, organizational ability, resource management, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field experience is required for this position. MBA, CFA, or formal credit training program preferred. Minimum of five years of working experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management at a financial services or accounting organization. Strong working knowledge of commercial loan types, structures, and practices, specifically C&I, CRE and SBA lending preferred.
Salary range is $35.06 – $61.35, depending on experience.
