Digital Online Banking Analyst
We have a full-time position available as a Digital Online Banking Analyst based in McKinleyville. This is an advanced, dynamic position requiring at least two years’ experience in Information Technology, Data Analysis or similar roles focused on digital platforms, as well as knowledge of credit union procedures and products. This individual acts as a Project Manager interacting with Senior Management and others to develop, test and implement upgrades to our Online and Mobile Banking suite. Monitors Digital Banking activity for fraud and communicates with credit union members. Meets regularly with managers to ensure products are relevant and member expectations are exceeded. Discovers efficiencies in processes and communicates and trains staff on software updates. Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team needed. Fraud Prevention Analyst
We have an exciting new full-time position as a Fraud Prevention Analyst based in our McKinleyville offices. This self-starter will have exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding member service. They are responsible for reviewing alerts of potential fraud activity on accounts, performing further investigations, and working jointly with law enforcement. They will evaluate current processes and make recommendations for enhancements, as well as serve as the key fraud resource for members and employees throughout the credit union, with extensive knowledge of policies and regulations. Two years experience in fraud prevention preferred. Salary range is $23.78 -$38.99/hour, depending on experience. Member Services Rep
Our Hoopa location has a regular, part-time opportunity for a Member Services Rep, working Monday, Wednesday – Friday for a total of 28 hours per week. This individual enjoys assisting others as part of an energetic, cohesive team, providing exceptional service to members with transactions and cross servicing credit union products and services in conjunction with needs. Customer service and cash handling experience preferred, and detailed training provided. Salary range is $18.00 –$29.35/hour, depending on experience. Mortgage Loan Services Officer
We have an immediate opening for a full-time, senior-level position as a Mortgage Loan Services Officer, based at our Crescent City Member Services Branch. Looking for a friendly, dynamic individual with a great deal of initiative and commitment to high quality service. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and at least three years of lending experience with loan decision authority. Expertise in informing and guiding members through the entire mortgage loan process, from application to close, for all related products. Salary is $27.37 – $44.98; and, depending on experience, may be hired as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with a higher salary range. Payment Operations Rep
We have a temporary, full-time position available as a Payment Operations Representative in McKinleyville. This position is anticipated to last 6 months, August 2024 – March 2025. Payment Ops includes credit and debit card and ATM operations, policies, and practices. As part of a cohesive team, this dynamic, friendly individual will use excellent communication skills and strong commitment to service to provide support to members in these areas as well as issue cards, prepare reports, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with vendors. Knowledge of financial institution products and services, with emphasis on card-based products and processing, and customer service experience preferred. Member Services Supervisor
We have a temporary, full-time Member Services Supervisor position in our Bayshore Mall location in Eureka. Using outstanding communication skills, this friendly, dynamic leader provides training, support, and guidance to our front-facing Member Services team and performs duties relating to the handling and processing of members’ transactions. Interacts closely with members to provide exceptional service. Also responsible for developing new memberships and cross servicing products and services to existing members. This position requires knowledge and experience in customer service, credit union policies and procedures, and managing and motivating a team, including assigning work, scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing progress of each employee. Opportunities for advancement, team bonding activities, and other perks included. Salary is $23.78 – $38.99, and, depending on experience, may be hired at a Senior level with a salary of $26.12 – $42.88. Position is open until filled EOE.
