Our Bayshore Mall location in Eureka has a regular, part-time opportunity for a Member Services Representative. The schedule will be Friday – Monday, 29 hours/week. This individual enjoys assisting others as part of an energetic, cohesive team, providing exceptional service to members with transactions and cross servicing credit union products and services in conjunction with needs. Customer service and cash handling experience preferred, and detailed training provided.

Salary range is $18.00 – $30.80/hour, and depending on experience, could be filled at a MSR I, MSR II, or Senior MSR level with a higher salary range. Benefits include sick time and holidays; excellent benefits package; opportunities for advancement; team bonding activities; and other great perks.

Member Services Representative – Full Job Description

We have an excellent, unique opening as a full-time Manager, Marketing and Public Affairs in our Eureka Harrison offices.This position supports the execution of the credit union’s marketing, brand, community relations, and public affairs efforts. Serving as a key collaborator, advisor, and operational leader, the Manager ensures consistent execution across initiatives, fosters strong external partnerships, and maintains alignment with internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the credit union’s reputation and expanding its visibility and influence across our service areas.

Qualified candidates will have strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand management, and integrated communications, along with a solid understanding of public affairs, community relations, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated or mission-driven organization.

A bachelors’ degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or a related field is required. Minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, public affairs, communications, or a related discipline.

Manager, Marketing and Public Affairs – Full Job Description

We have a regular, full-time, benefited position in our phone Support Center in McKinleyville. Our Member Support Center team is has a vast amount of knowledge about Coast Central’s products and services and is a key channel for our relationship with members. Under limited supervision, reps provide assistance by phone, including answering questions, processing transactions, cross-servicing products, and more.  Also perform clerical functions, and assignments are rotated periodically.  Detailed training provided. Knowledge of credit union services is preferred, and positivity, patience, and professionalism in interacting with members required.

Member Services Representative – Full Job Description

We have an excellent, unique opening as a full-time Manager, Member Services (Branch Manager) at our Fortuna location.

This senior-level position will be a proactive, engaging leader who hires, trains, coaches and supports their team of eleven employees. Fosters positive relationships with members and organizations while creating an environment of outstanding quality service. Responsible for tracking and achieving goals, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and reviews and approves consumer loan applications. Represents Coast Central at community events and prioritizes the importance of volunteerism. Advanced communication skills, ability to supervise and work well with those throughout the credit union, and strong operational skills required. Two years’ experience at financial institutions needed.

Looking for a positive individual to join our efficient team with a commitment to the highest quality service to members. Primary duties include managing documentation related to past due accounts and recommending actions, researching and analyzing historical data, and regularly communicating with members. One year general office experience preferred, as well as familiarity with loan processing or collections, and detailed training provided.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time, senior-level position as a Mortgage Loan Services Officer, based at our Eureka Harrison Member Services Branch. We are looking for a friendly, dynamic individual with a great deal of initiative and commitment to high quality service. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and at least three years of lending experience with loan decision authority. Expertise in informing and guiding members through the entire mortgage loan process, from application to close, for all related products.
