Our McKinleyville location has a full-time opportunity for a Member Services Representative who enjoys assisting others as part of an energetic, cohesive team. The schedule will be 8 hours/day Tuesday – Friday and 5 hours on Saturday.

Under close supervision, this individual performs tasks associated with the processing of member transactions such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, payments, and withdrawals. Must account for these daily by balancing accurately. Individuals must provide exceptional service to members with transactions and cross servicing credit union products and services in conjunction with needs.

Customer service and cash handling experience preferred, and detailed training provided.

Salary range is $19.00 –$30.80/hour, and depending on experience, could be filled at a MSR I, MSR II, or Senior MSR with a higher salary range. Member Services Representative – Full Job Description

We are hiring a regular, full-time, Mortgage Origination Processor to work from our Harrison offices. This role performs various administrative and clerical duties relating to processing mortgage loans for submission to Mortgage Services underwriting. Review mortgage applications and supporting loan documents to ensure they meet the set credit conditions. Verifies the accuracy and completeness of each document and provides support to assigned Mortgage Loan Services Officers and other lines of business staff while maintaining a close partnership with their assigned team.

Applicants with two or more years of mortgage lending experience, or processing experience preferred. This position requires a working knowledge of office practices and procedures, including data processing and the ability to make mathematical computations. As well as  an ability to read and comprehend loan applications, insurance policies, credit reports, manuals, and more.

Mortgage Origination processor – Full Job Description

We are hiring a regular, full-time, Digital Solutions Representative to work from our McKinleyville offices. This role supports credit and debit card operations by issuing cards, resolving member payment issues, processing disputes and chargebacks, managing compromised card cases, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The position works closely with members, vendors, processors, and merchants to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure compliance with regulations and credit union procedures. Additional responsibilities include balancing ATM and Visa general ledger accounts, preparing reports, supporting payment-related systems, and contributing to process improvements.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to reconcile financial data, and knowledge of payment back-office functions. One year of experience as a Member Support Center Representative, or in a related position within the credit union, or relevant experience with another financial institution or relevant office experience is preferred.
