How To Set Up Auto Pay

  • Visit any Member Services Branch or
  • Call (707) 445-8801 or
  • Add through Online Banking:
    1. After logging in, go to Funds Transfer
    2. Choose the “From” account (your deposit account, e.g. 1000, 0500)
    3. Choose the “To” account (your loan account, e.g. 6000, 4800)
    4. Select a date
    5. Select an amount
    6. Next to or under “Amount”, click the box, “Make this a recurring transaction”
    7. Decide on the frequency of your auto pay
    8. Choose Start Date
    9. Choose End Date
    10. Add a memo if you’d like

The newly made recurring transfer will show under “Activity Center” and the “Recurring Transfers” tab, and can be cancelled from there at anytime. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
