Business Services Credit Analyst
We’re hiring a full-time Business Services Credit Analyst to join our Business Services team at our Eureka Downtown office. This benefited position plays a key role in evaluating member business loan applications by analyzing financial data, assessing creditworthiness, and recommending appropriate loan structures. The Credit Analyst also supports portfolio monitoring through annual risk reviews and provides guidance to members on business lending requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience in commercial or business lending, and a commitment to excellent service. Business Services Specialist
We’re hiring a regular, full-time, Specialist in our Eureka Downtown Business Services Department! This key team member will help build relationships with current and potential business members, assist with loan applications, and provide information on eligibility and requirements—all within established lending guidelines. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding member service, maintain confidentiality, and promote additional credit union products and services. Strong communication, math, computer, and office skills are required, along with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of loan processing experience in financial services. The salary range is $22.70 –$37.18/hour and, depending on experience may be hired as a Specialist II or Senior Specialist with a higher salary range. Member Services Rep
Our Willow Creek location has a regular, part-time opportunity available for 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others as part of an energetic, cohesive team, delivering exceptional service through transactions and by cross-serving credit union products and services based on member needs. Customer service and cash-handling experience are preferred; detailed training will be provided. The salary range is $18.00–$29.35/hour, depending on experience.
