Coast Central Credit Union is excited to announce the appointment of Trina Cardoza as Vice President of Organizational Development, marking a strategic step forward in strengthening leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise-wide execution.
Cardoza brings more than 26 years of experience with Coast Central, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President of Member Services. Over her tenure, she has built a strong reputation for championing service excellence, developing high-performing teams, and advancing the credit union’s people-first culture.
“This appointment reflects a thoughtful evolution in how we align our strategy with our people,” said Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jasmin Gammel. “By bringing project development and people development together, we’re positioning Coast Central to execute more effectively while continuing to invest in the growth of our teams.”
In her new role, Cardoza will lead an integrated organizational development function that aligns project execution with employee development. The Project Management Office (PMO) and Training and Development teams will report to her, creating a more unified approach to building capabilities, strengthening leadership, and driving strategic initiatives.
Gammel added, “Trina’s deep institutional knowledge, paired with her passion for developing others, makes her uniquely suited to lead this next chapter. She understands what makes our organization special and how to build on that foundation for the future.”
