Key Dates You Need to Know
Please mark your calendar for these important milestones to ensure you don’t experience any interruption in service:
- Tuesday, February 24, 2026: We will begin to reissue new cards. Your new card will be mailed to your business address on file on this date.
- Thursday, March 12, 2026: This is the deadline to activate your new card. Please follow the instructions on the card sticker as soon as it arrives.
- Sunday, March 15, 2026: Your old Business Visa card will be deactivated. Please ensure you have updated any recurring payments (utilities, subscriptions, etc.) with your new card information before this date.

FAQs
Yes. All Business Cardholders are being migrated from the current combined Personal/Business loan product to a new Business-only loan product. Opting out is not available. We understand this may be inconvenient, which is why advance notice is being provided. The new Business Debit/Credit Cards include additional benefits beyond the current product.
No. The card that was issued is tied to the combined Personal/Business product. Since the products are being split and migrated to a Business-only product, a new card must be issued to ensure it is associated with the correct product.
All cards will be mass-reissued via mail on February 24, 2026.
If a Business Cardholder does not receive their mailed card or cannot receive mail, a Member Service Branch may Instant Issue a replacement card and disable the mailed card.
If a Business Cardholder is not available to receive and activate their card prior to March 12, 2026, they may request a digital issuance of the new card. A valid email address is required to receive the activation code and add the card to a mobile wallet.
Business Cardholders should activate their new cards by March 12, 2026, to avoid any disruption in usage.
Yes. Since your new card will have a new card number, you will just need to update any automatic payments with the latest information.
No. Higher limits remain an exception and must go through the standard approval process.

No. The Business Debit/Credit Cards are currently available in a single design per card type.
Yes. Except for Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit cards, Instant Issue is available for all other Debit and Credit Cards for both Personal and Business members.
Yes. All rewards points and previous card information will transfer with no loss of rewards.

Yes, for the month of March you will receive two statements as part of the transition. One statement will be for your current card, and a separate statement will be for your new card. Both statements will be mailed in March.
After the transition is complete, you will return to receiving a single statement that includes all transactions.
