Coast Central Credit Union (CCCU) announced that Lisa Landry, previously Senior Member Services Supervisor at its McKinleyville location, has assumed the role of Member Services Manager at its Bayshore Mall location in Eureka, reporting to VP Member Services Kristin Blair. The location reopened earlier this month, offering seven-day-a-week banking. Lisa oversees a team of 18 employees and is responsible for operations, lending, and new member opportunities.
Lisa replaced previous Bayshore Manager Lynda Gleave who retired last month following 31 years in that position. Lisa has been with the organization since July 2019, though she held earlier stints at CCCU for over 10 years as Member Services Manager, Quality Service Manager, and Senior Member Services Supervisor at Bayshore. Lisa also has expertise in Human Resources, including recruitment, training and recognition programs, as she worked in that area at Coast Central and at North Coast Co-op for several years. Prior to joining the credit union last year, she served as Retail Branch Manager at Community Credit Union in Southern Humboldt.
Lisa has lived in Humboldt County for over 30 years and been active in the community, including volunteer time with Relay for Life as well as coaching youth cheerleading and basketball. She and her husband reside in Eureka and have three grown children and eight grandchildren.
Founded in 1950, Coast Central Credit Union is the largest member-owned financial institution in the area, with over 70,000 members and operating 11 Member Services Branches throughout Humboldt, Del Norte and Trinity counties, including McKinleyville open six days a week and Bayshore Mall, open seven days a week.
