Swan Joins Coast Central’s Board of Directors

Coast Central Credit Union announced that Klark Swan has been appointed by its volunteer Board of Directors to replace Joyce Jury, who retired this year after serving on the Board for nearly 30 years. Swan is a graduate of Humboldt State University and currently works as a manager at Sequoia Conference Center, part of the Humboldt County Office of Education. Coast Central Credit Union Fall Community Investment Program Open

Coast Central Credit Union (CCCU) announced that the fall 2020 round of its Community Investment Program is now open. A total of $100,000 is available to support local organizations throughout its tri-county area. Grant amounts generally range from $3,000 to $25,000. The giving program was created in 2008, and since then has awarded a total of over $1.4 million to 140 organizations throughout Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity counties. Lisa Landry Promoted to Coast Central Member Services Manager

Coast Central Credit Union (CCCU) announced that Lisa Landry, previously Senior Member Services Supervisor at its McKinleyville location, has assumed the role of Member Services Manager at its Bayshore Mall location in Eureka, reporting to VP Member Services Kristin Blair. The location reopened earlier this month, offering seven-day-a-week banking. Lisa oversees a team of 18 employees and is responsible for operations, lending, and new member opportunities. Coast Central Announces $55,000 in COVID Community Care Fund Awards

Coast Central Credit Union (CCCU) President/CEO James T. Sessa announced that 15 community organizations have been selected to receive awards as part of the credit union’s recently established COVID Community Care Fund. Last month, CCCU communicated information about the Fund available to local organizations experiencing significant financial hardship as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
